Comparable units means rental units that have approximately the same living space, have the same number of bedrooms, are located in the same or similar neighborhoods, and feature the same, similar, or equal amenities and housing services.

Examples of Comparable units in a sentence

  • For purposes of this Agreement, the relevant International Market Rates are defined as those Rates assessed by UP and Burlington Northern Santa Fe ("BNSF") to APL's International steamship competitors ("APL Competitors") on Comparable Units as that term is defined below in subsection C.3.
