Compensation Administration Committee definition

Compensation Administration Committee means a committee comprised of the Company's President and two (2) senior level management employees of the Company, selected by the President and employed in a position which is at the director level or any more senior position; provided that, the President may, in his discretion and at any time, remove and/or replace with different senior level management employees, either or both of the senior level management employees who serve with the President as members of the Compensation Administration Committee.
