Competition Filings definition

Competition Filings means the notices and filings made to Governmental Entities in respect of obtaining the Regulatory Clearances;

Examples of Competition Filings in a sentence

  • The filing fees for any Competition Filings shall be borne one-half by the Buyer Parties and one-half by the Seller.
