Completion Authority definition

Completion Authority means a written irrevocable authority from each Consortium Member authorising the GLA to complete a Deed of Release or a Deed of Adherence (as applicable) following the execution of such a deed by the GLA;
Completion Authority means a written irrevocable authority from each Consortium Member authorising Homes England to complete a Deed of Release or a Deed of Adherence (as applicable) following the execution of such a deed by Homes England;

Examples of Completion Authority in a sentence

  • EEA Resolution Authority means any public administrative authority or any person entrusted with public administrative authority of any EEA Member Country (including any delegee) having responsibility for the resolution of any EEA Financial Institution.

  • Relevant Resolution Authority means the resolution authority with the ability to exercise any Bail-in Powers in relation to the relevant BRRD Party.
