Examples of Certification Authority in a sentence
Seller will deliver, to the extent applicable, the Attestation and Disclosure Document, in a form similar to that attached hereto, or in such other form as may be required from time to time by such Certification Authority or as may from time to time be mutually agreed to by the Parties pursuant to the terms of the Applicable Program.
Unless otherwise specified in a Product Order or the written rules of the Applicable Program specified by the Parties, Seller will ensure that the Certification Authority, Verification Provider and Verification Methodologies are selected in compliance with this Agreement and the rules of the Applicable Program.
Each Party agrees to provide copies of its records to the extent reasonably necessary for the Verification Provider or Certification Authority to perform the functions designated on the Product Order, and to verify the accuracy of any fact, statement, charge or computation made pursuant hereto if requested by the other Party.
Upon Delivery of the Product as provided hereunder, Seller will deliver such documentation as is required by the Certification Authority or the Applicable Program.
Unless otherwise specified in the Product Order or the rules of the Applicable Program, the costs of the Verification Authority and Certification Authority are Seller’s responsibility.
