Completion Modification Agreement definition

Completion Modification Agreement means the modification agreement dated on or about the date of this Agreement between the parties to this Agreement, SGE and CUCBM modifying the terms of the Linxing PSC in contemplation of Completion occurring under this Agreement. Confidential Information includes know-how, trade secrets, technical processes, finances, contractual arrangements with customers or suppliers and other information which by its nature, or by the circumstances of its disclosure to the holder of the information, is or could reasonably be expected to be regarded as confidential. Contractor has the meaning given in the Linxing PSC.
