Completion of the application definition

Completion of the application as used in this section means that a completed application and required fees have been filed by the applicant and received by the bBureau.
Completion of the application means that all questions on an application have been fully addressed by an authorized applicant and that any additional supporting documents requested by the Office have been provided in a manner sufficient to allow the Office to properly evaluate the application.

Examples of Completion of the application in a sentence

  • Completion of the application or tendering of premium does not bind coverage.

  • Completion of the application does not necessarily mean approval will be given.

  • Completion of the application for a one year visiting scholar certificate.

  • Completion of the application for service constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of these Rules and Regulations.

  • Completion of the application package to include site plan, and signed/sealed drawings must be submitted to the 1 SOCES/CEIE for coordination.

  • Completion of the application process requires receipt of the original documents.

  • Completion of the application form will constitute acceptance by the Exhibitor of these rules and regulations.

  • Completion of the application process will be indicated by the change in the application status, which will switch from “draft” to “submitted”.

  • Completion of the application for graduation and exit interview.A written appeal to the College Executive Director must be submitted for any exception to the graduation criteria.

Related to Completion of the application

  • Completion of Construction means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that the work of building and erection of the Project is substantially complete.

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.

  • Acquisition and Construction Fund means the fund so designated in, and created pursuant to, Section 502 hereof.

  • Construction Activities means the disturbance of soils associated with clearing, grading, excavation activities or other construction-related activities.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Construction waste means solid waste which is produced or generated during construction, remodeling, or repair of pavements, houses, commercial buildings, and other structures. Construction wastes include, but are not limited to lumber, wire, sheetrock, broken brick, shingles, glass, pipes, concrete, paving materials, and metal and plastics if the metal or plastics are a part of the materials of construction or empty containers for such materials. Paints, coatings, solvents, asbestos, any liquid, compressed gases or semi-liquids and garbage are not construction wastes.

  • Construction Work means any work in connection with⎯

  • Implementation means the activity between formal approval of an E911 service plan and a given system design, and commencement of operations.

  • Commenced Construction means (a) all of the following site preparation work is completed: ingress and egress routes exist; the site on which the Project will be located is cleared and graded; there is power service to the site; footings are prepared; and foundations have been poured consistent with purchased equipment specifications and project design; or (b) the following financial commitments have been made: (i) (A) an engineering, procurement, and construction contract (“EPC”) has been executed by all parties and is effective; or (B) contracts (collectively, “EPC Equivalents”) for all of the following have been executed by all parties and is effective: (1) project engineering, (2) procurement of all major equipment, and (3) construction of the Project, and (ii) the cumulative payments made by the Developer under the EPC or EPC Equivalents to the counterparties to those respective agreements is equal to at least thirty (30) percent of the total costs of the EPC or EPC Equivalents.
