Completion of Unloading definition

Completion of Unloading means, following the Unloading of an LNG Tanker, the situation where all LNG discharge and return lines have been disconnected and such LNG Tanker has been cleared by the Operating Company for departure. [“Completamento della Discarica” in the Italian text]
Completion of Unloading means the time (after the unloading of the LNG Ship or, in the case of Clauses 7.16, 7.18, 7.20 and 7.22 only, after the unloading of the LNG Ship or a failure to unload the LNG Ship) at which LNG unloading and vapor return lines have been finally disconnected at the Discharge Port (or, if the LNG Ship has not been connected to the LNG unloading and vapor return lines at the Discharge Port, at the time at which the failure to deliver or take (as applicable) the relevant LNG Cargo arises);
Completion of Unloading means, in respect of a DES delivery, the disconnection of the flange coupling of the cargo manifold of an LNG Vessel from the flange coupling on the unloading line at Buyer’s Facilities following unloading of the LNG Vessel and completion of final gauging.

Examples of Completion of Unloading in a sentence

  • Buyer shall, within forty-eight (48) hours following Completion of Unloading, notify Seller or cause Seller to be notified of the quality of the LNG unloaded from the LNG Ship by provision of a written notice, the form of which is to be agreed by the Parties.

  • Seller shall, within forty-eight (48) hours following Completion of Unloading, notify Buyer of the volume of LNG unloaded.

  • If the Quantity Delivered and/or the Price in respect of an LNG Cargo is not capable of being finally determined in accordance with Clause 10.3 promptly following Completion of Unloading in respect of such LNG Cargo, Seller shall provide Buyer with a preliminary invoice as soon as practicable after Completion of Unloading.

  • Used Laytime shall however recommence two (2) hours after Completion of Unloading if the LNG Vessel is delayed in its departure due to Buyer's purposes and shall continue until the termination of such delay.

  • If the crossover lines are liquid filled (cold) when measurement is taken before unloading commences, they will remain full (cold) until measurement is taken following the Completion of Unloading.

Completion of Unloading means the time (after the unloading of the relevant Cargo at the Receiving Facilities) at which the last transfer pump has been stopped, the liquid manifolds closed so as to prevent any further LNG transfer taking place and the LNG unloading and vapour return lines have been fully disconnected.

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.

  • Mechanical Completion means that (a) all components and systems of the Project have been properly constructed, installed and functionally tested according to EPC Contract requirements in a safe and prudent manner that does not void any equipment or system warranties or violate any permits, approvals or Laws; (b) the Project is ready for testing and commissioning, as applicable; (c) Seller has provided written acceptance to the EPC Contractor of mechanical completion as that term is specifically defined in the EPC Contract.

  • Construction Completion Date means the Completion Date of the Construction as specified in the Statutory Declaration of Completion for the Project;

  • Office of the Interconnection Control Center means the equipment, facilities and personnel used by the Office of the Interconnection to coordinate and direct the operation of the PJM Region and to administer the PJM Interchange Energy Market, including facilities and equipment used to communicate and coordinate with the Market Participants in connection with transactions in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or the operation of the PJM Region.
