Completion Statements definition

Completion Statements means the statements to be prepared and agreed or determined in accordance with schedule 5;
Completion Statements means the Cash Amount Statement, the Working Capital Statement and the Cash Deferred Income Amount Statement;
Completion Statements has the meaning set out in paragraph 1.2 of Part C of Schedule 10;

Examples of Completion Statements in a sentence

  • The Completion Statements will be prepared from this Completion Balance Sheet and the EBITDA Statement, subject to the requirements set out in Part 1 and Part 2 of this Schedule 3.

  • The Purchaser shall procure the preparation and submission to the Seller of a draft of the Completion Statements ("Draft Completion Statements") within 45 Business Days of Completion.
