Completion Statements definition

Completion Statements means the statements to be prepared and agreed or determined in accordance with schedule 5;
Completion Statements has the meaning set out in paragraph 1.2 of Part C of Schedule 10;

  • When both Completion Statements have been finally agreed or determined in accordance with this Schedule 10, the following adjustments shall be made to the Estimated Vodafone Equalisation Consideration.
