Compound Product definition

Compound Product means a pharmaceutical product (in any specific dosage form or mode of administration) that contains the Compound as an active pharmaceutical agent (which product may also include one or more other active pharmaceutical agents).

Compound Product means any therapeutic or prophylactic product for treatment of humans that comprises or incorporates a Collaboration Compound, including any formulation or mode of delivery thereof.

Compound Product means any product that was developed by Threshold or a sublicensee of Threshold for marketing as a therapeutic that contains the Compound and that is for the treatment of cancer.

Examples of Compound Product in a sentence

• Notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement to the contrary, Licensee shall be solely responsible for any product liability, liability for death, illness, personal injury, improper business practice or any other statutory liability or any other liability under any law or regulation in respect of the Compound, Product and/or Licensed Product.

• For clarity, any sale of Compound, Product and/or Licensed Product between Licensee and other MPP Licensee(s) other than for end use by such other MPP Licensee(s) shall be exempt from any royalty payment.

• Licensee shall do nothing which would jeopardize the good will or reputation of MPP or Pfizer or the reputation of the Compound, Product and/or Licensed Product.
