Compounded Value definition

Compounded Value means, in respect of the Maximum Profit Lock-In Amount or, as applicable the Excess Profit, such amount divided by the applicable Discount Factor;
Compounded Value means, for any Note, as of any date of determination, the sum of (A) the principal amount of the Note and (B) any interest in respect of such Note accrued through such date but in no event later than the Trigger Date in accordance with Section 2.01 hereof and the terms of such Note. On the date of issuance of any such Note, the amount under clause (B) shall be zero.
Compounded Value means, in respect of an amount, such amount divided by the applicable Discount Factor;

More Definitions of Compounded Value

Compounded Value means, for any Note, as of any date of determination, the sum of (A) the principal amount of the Note and (B) any interest in respect of such Note accrued through such date but in no event later than August 12, 2006 in accordance with Section 2.14 hereof and the terms of such Note. On the date of issuance of any such Note, the amount under clause (B) shall be zero.

  • Cumulative Compounded RFR Rate means, in relation to a Loan (or any part of it) accruing interest at the Compounded Reference Rate, the percentage rate per annum determined by the Facility Agent in accordance with the methodology set out in Schedule 15C (Cumulative Compounded RFR Rate) or in any relevant Compounding Methodology Supplement.

  • Compounded SOFR means the compounded average of SOFRs for the applicable Corresponding Tenor, with the rate, or methodology for this rate, and conventions for this rate (which may include compounding in arrears with a lookback and/or suspension period as a mechanism to determine the interest amount payable prior to the end of each Interest Period) being established by the Administrative Agent in accordance with:

  • Daily Compounded XXXXX means, for any day, XXXXX with interest accruing on a compounded daily basis, with the methodology and conventions for this rate (which will include compounding in arrears with a lookback) being established by the Administrative Agent in accordance with the methodology and conventions for this rate selected or recommended by the Relevant Governmental Body for determining compounded XXXXX for business loans; provided that if the Administrative Agent decides that any such convention is not administratively feasible for the Administrative Agent, then the Administrative Agent may (in consultation with the Borrower) establish another convention in its reasonable discretion; and provided that if the administrator has not provided or published XXXXX and a Benchmark Replacement Date with respect to XXXXX has not occurred, then, in respect of any day for which XXXXX is required, references to XXXXX will be deemed to be references to the last provided or published XXXXX.   • Compounded Daily Reference Rate means, with respect to an Interest Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment in the Specified Currency (with the applicable Reference Rate (as indicated in the applicable Final Terms and further provided for below) as the reference rate for the calculation of interest) and will be calculated by the Principal Paying Agent on the relevant Interest Determination Date, as follows, and the resulting percentage will be rounded, if necessary, to the Relevant Decimal Place:

  • Floating Quarterly Dividend Rate means, for any Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the rate of interest (expressed as a percentage rate rounded down to the nearest one hundred-thousandth of one percent (with 0.000005% being rounded up)) equal to the sum of the T-Bill Rate on the applicable Floating Rate Calculation Date plus 1.60% (calculated on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed in such Quarterly Floating Rate Period divided by 365).

  • Average value means the value which best represents the amount of the nutrient which a given food contains, and reflects allowances for seasonal variability, patterns of consumption and other factors which may cause the actual value to vary.

  • Capitalized Value means, as of any date, Annualized EBITDA divided by the Capitalization Rate.

  • SPS AER Value means the Underlying Reference Value.

If the Five-year Treasury Rate cannot be determined pursuant to the preceding sentence, the Calculation Agent, after consulting such sources as it deems comparable to any of the foregoing calculations, or any such source as it deems reasonable from which to estimate the Five-year Treasury Rate, will determine the Five-year Treasury Rate in its sole discretion, provided that if the Calculation Agent determines there is an industry-accepted successor Five-year Treasury Rate, then the Calculation Agent will use such successor rate. If the Calculation Agent has determined a substitute or successor base rate in accordance with the foregoing, the Calculation Agent in its sole discretion may determine the Business Day convention, the definition of Business Day and the Reset Interest Determination Date to be used and any other relevant methodology for calculating such substitute or successor base rate, including any adjustment factor needed to make such substitute or successor base rate comparable to the Five-year Treasury Rate, in a manner that is consistent with industry-accepted practices for such substitute or successor base rate.

  • Contribution Value means the fair market value as reasonably determined by the General Partner of property (other than cash) contributed by a Partner to the Partnership (net of liabilities secured by such contributed property that the Partnership is treated as assuming or taking subject to pursuant to the provisions of Section 752 of the Code).

  • Discounted Value means, with respect to the Called Principal of any Note, the amount obtained by discounting all Remaining Scheduled Payments with respect to such Called Principal from their respective scheduled due dates to the Settlement Date with respect to such Called Principal, in accordance with accepted financial practice and at a discount factor (applied on the same periodic basis as that on which interest on the Notes is payable) equal to the Reinvestment Yield with respect to such Called Principal.

  • Amortization rate means the amortization rate, as defined in Section 49-11-102, to be applied to the system that would have covered the retiree if the retiree's reemployed position were deemed to be an eligible, full-time position within that system.
