Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Plan definition

Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Plan or “Comprehensive Plan” means the Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Plan, as approved and amended from time to time, for the System, as required by chapter 70.95.080 RCW.
Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Plan means the King County plan prepared in accordance with chapter 70.95 RCW, as enacted or hereafter amended.
Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Plan or "Plan" means the Tacoma-Pierce County Solid Waste Management Plan adopted by Pierce County by Ordinance No. 87-196, as it may be amended or superseded from time to time. The Plan is incorporated herein by this reference.
