Compulsory school age means the period of a child’s life from the time the child enters school, which may be no later than at the age of eight (8) years, until the age of 17 years or graduation from high school, whichever occurs first.
Compulsory-school-age child means a child who has attained or will attain the age of six (6) years on or before September 1 of the calendar year and who has not attained the age of seventeen (17) years on or before September 1 of the calendar year; and shall include any child who has attained or will attain the age of five (5) years on or before September 1 and has enrolled in a full-day public school kindergarten program. A child, five (5) years of age, who enrolls in public kindergarten, will have to abide by the same guidelines as outlined in the §37-13-91.
Compulsory License means a compulsory license under Penn Patent Rights obtained by a Third Party through the order, decree, or grant of a competent Governmental Body or court, authorizing such Third Party to develop, make, have made, use, sell, offer to sell or import a Licensed Product in any country.
Compulsory arbitration means the procedure whereby parties involved in a labor dispute
Compulsory Acquisition means requisition for title or other compulsory acquisition, requisition, appropriation, expropriation, deprivation, forfeiture or confiscation for any reason of the Ship by any Government Entity or other competent authority, whether de jure or de facto, but shall exclude requisition for use or hire not involving requisition of title;
Regular Attendance means your personal visits to a Physician which are medically necessary according to generally accepted medical standards to effectively manage and treat your Disability or Partial Disability.
attorney-at-law means an attorney-at-law, a legal practitioner or advocate duly admitted to practise law in the courts of a Contracting Party;
Enslavement means the exercise of any or all of the powers attaching to the right of ownership over a person and includes the exercise of such power in the course of trafficking in persons, in particular women and children;
Compulsory Documents means the list of compulsory schedules and documents set out in Part B.
Attendance means the actual presence of an enrolled child.
Outpatient attendance means treatment received in a hospital emergency department where the patient is not admitted to a bed in the hospital.
Sexual excitement means the condition of human male or female genitals when in a state of sexual stimulation or arousal.
Average daily attendance or "ADA" means actual average daily
Deposition means the testimony of a person pursuant to subpoena or at the request of the state of Iowa taken in a setting other than a hearing.

Public nuisance means a building that is a menace to the public health, welfare, or safety, or that is structurally unsafe, unsanitary, or not provided with adequate safe egress, or that constitutes a fire hazard, or is otherwise dangerous to human life, or that in relation to the existing use constitutes a hazard to the public health, welfare, or safety by reason of inadequate maintenance, dilapidation, obsolescence, or abandonment. “Public nuisance” includes buildings with blighting characteristics as defined by Iowa Code section 403.2.
Counterfeit Part means (1) an unauthorized copy, imitation, substitute, or modified part, which is knowingly misrepresented as a specified genuine part of the original manufacturer, or (2) a previously used Electrical, Electronic, and Electromechanical Part which has been modified and is knowingly misrepresented as new without disclosure to Buyer that it has been previously used. Examples of a Counterfeit Part include, but are not limited to, the false identification of grade, serial number, date code, or performance characteristics. NOTE: This definition shall be read so as not to conflict with the definition for “counterfeit electronic part” cited in DFARS 252.246-7007, where that definition shall govern to the extent that clause applies.

odour nuisance means a continuous or repeated odour, smell or aroma, in an affected area, which is offensive, obnoxious, troublesome, annoying, unpleasant or disagreeable to a person:
Quasi-Sovereign means any entity fully guaranteed by a Sovereign or more than 50% directly or indirectly owned by a Sovereign. *
