Concentrated Peer Group definition

Concentrated Peer Group means Steelcase Inc., HNI Corporation, Herman Miller, Inc., Kimball International, Inc., Interface, Inc., Movado Group, Inc., and Tumi Holdings, Inc. If the common stock of any of these companies ceases to be publicly traded at any time during the Performance Period, such company shall be deleted from the Concentrated Peer Group and shall not be taken into account when determining TSR for the Concentrated Peer Group.
