Concession Metered Parking Spaces means (i) those Metered Parking Spaces so designated by the City from time to time and included in the Metered Parking System operated and maintained by the Concession- aire pursuant to this Agreement, (ii) … the Metered Parking Spaces listed in Amended Schedule 10 and designated thereon as Concession Metered Parking Spaces, and (iii) … the Metered Parking Spaces located in the Parking Lots listed on Revised Schedule 10A.
Concession Metered Parking Spaces means (i) those Metered Parking Spaces so designated by the City from time to time and included in the Metered Parking System operated and maintained by the Concessionaire pursuant to this Agreement, (ii) as of the Effective Date Of First Amendment, the Metered Parking Spaces listed in Amended Schedule 10 and designated thereon as Concession Metered Parking Spaces, and (iii) as of the Effective Date Of Second Amendment, the Metered Parking Spaces located in the Parking Lots listed on Revised Schedule 10A.

  • The Concessionaire shall be obligated to install promptly Metering Devices with respect to all newly designated Concession Metered Parking Spaces and Reserve Metered Parking Spaces.

  • SAPA members are to notify the SAPA office, in writing, of any non-compliance to applicable legislation by any member or non-member that they are/become aware of.

  • Any increase in the number of On-Street Parking Spaces resulting from the replacement of traditional single bay and double bay electronic or mechanical Metering Devices by the installation of pay and display Metering Devices or other Metering Devices that eliminate or reduce the need for stanchions and other structures in the public way will not constitute an increase in the number of Concession Metered Parking Spaces for the purpose of any calculation of Revenue Value.

  • Revenue Values shall be determined by the City in accordance with the methodology set forth in Schedule 6 with respect to the Concession Metered Parking Spaces shown in Schedule 10.

  • The Concessionaire shall promptly undertake to install (if needed) a Metering Device for such additional Concession Metered Parking Spaces and to commence Metered Parking Operations with respect to such Concession Metered Parking Spaces.

  • As used in this Section 2.4(a) and in Section 2.5(i), a material casualty loss to the Metered Parking System means the casualty loss of not less than 500 Concession Metered Parking Spaces such that those Metered Parking Spaces are not available as spaces for parking motor vehicles and collecting Metered Parking Fees.

  • These values have been determined by the City based upon and after taking into account the Metered Parking Fee, the Period of Operation, the Period of Stay, and the Utilization Rate of such Concession Metered Parking Space measured over the course of the Reporting Year commencing March 1, 2012 (and adjusted to reflect, for Impacted Concession Metered Parking Spaces, new Periods of Operation and seasonal factors), and the Rate to Fine Multiple Factor determined in accordance with Section 7.9(e).

  • Parking space leasing data means the following government data on an application for, or lease of, a parking space: residence address, home telephone number, beginning and ending work hours, place of employment, location of parking space, and work telephone number.

  • bicycle parking space – occupant means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack, locker or bicycle stacker for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:

  • Storage Space means a space where goods of non-hazardous nature are stored and includes cold storage and banking safe vaults;

  • Loading Space means an off-street space or berth on the same lot or parcel with a building or use, or contiguous to a group of buildings or uses, for the temporary parking of a vehicle while loading or unloading persons, merchandise or materials, and which space or berth abuts on a street, alley or other appropriate means of access.

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Angus Council) Designation Order 2017; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and

  • car-share parking space means a parking space that is reserved and actively used for car-sharing;

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.

  • Rentable Area of Premises on Page 1 of the Lease shall be deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following:

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • Concession Area means particulars of the area as more particularly described in Form A of West Bengal Minor Minerals (Auction) Rules, 2016.

  • School premises means either of the following:

  • Building sewer means the extension from the building drain to the public sewer or other place of disposal.

  • Expansion Space means any space in the Building which, at any time during the Lease Term, is occupied by a Person other than Landlord under a written lease with Landlord, and the term “Tenant’s Expansion Space” means Expansion Space which Tenant has elected to lease as provided in this paragraph. Landlord agrees to notify Tenant promptly after Landlord learns that any Expansion Space is or will become available. Subject to the prior rights of other tenants to whom Landlord has granted substantially similar rights, Tenant has the option to lease any Expansion Space which Landlord notifies Tenant is or will become available. If Tenant gives Landlord notice of its exercise of this option within thirty (30) days after notification from Landlord of the availability of the Expansion Space and if no Event of Default exists when Tenant’s notice is given, this Lease will be deemed to be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space as part of the Premises for the remainder of the Lease Term upon all of the same terms contained in this Lease except that (i) the Rentable Area of the Premises will be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space; (ii) Tenant’s Share will be increased to include the rentable area of Tenant’s Expansion Space; (iii) the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space will be the earlier of sixty (60) days after the date on which Tenant’s Expansion Space becomes vacant and ready for occupancy (provided that date is at least sixty (60) days after Tenant exercises its option to lease the Expansion Space), or the date on which the Expansion Space is first occupied by Tenant; (iv) if Tenant’s Expansion Space contains a rentable area of 10,000 square feet or more, and if there are less than three (3) Lease Years remaining in the Lease Term, the Lease Term will be extended to include three (3) full years from the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space; and (v) subject to adjustment during each Fixed Rental Period as provided in Exhibit E, Basic Rent for each year of the remaining Lease Term (as it may be extended) will be the greater of (a) the Basic Rent last paid by the Person most recently occupying Tenant’s Expansion Space or (b) Market Rent determined as provided in the Rent Rider attached as Exhibit E. If Tenant exercises this option, Tenant’s Expansion Space will be leased to Tenant in its “as is” condition and Tenant will, at its expense and in compliance with the provisions of Section 7.06, design and construct all Improvements desired by Tenant for its use and occupancy. Landlord and Tenant agree to execute such amendments to this Lease and other instruments as either of them considers necessary or desirable to reflect Tenant’s exercise of this option.

  • Rentable Area of the Premises The amount of square footage set forth in Section 1.01(10).

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Grave space means a space of ground in a cemetery that is used or intended to be used for an in-ground burial.

  • mixed-use building means a building or structure containing a residential and non- residential use other than a home occupation;

  • Lease Area means the Lease Area as more particularly described in SCHEDULE C.
