Concurrent Users definition

Concurrent Users means the number of users registered in the Software who are able to use the Software functionalities at the same time.
Concurrent Users means the total number of the Customer’s Authorised Users or computer devices that are specified in a relevant Order as being authorised by Us to use or access the Software at any one time;
Concurrent Users means the number of Authorized Users that are simultaneously logged in to the Software at any single point in time.

Examples of Concurrent Users in a sentence

  • The total number of Concurrent Users is one (1), unless Licensor expressly authorized Licensee to connect more than one Concurrent User.

  • The SaaS Fees are based on the number of Defined Concurrent Users and amount of Data Storage Capacity.

  • In the event you regularly and/or meaningfully exceed the Defined Concurrent Users or Data Storage Capacity, we reserve the right to charge you additional fees commensurate with the overage(s).

  • Concurrent Users may participate in all implemented business processes and administrative functions with the exception of self-service reservations, offline, and application builder tools.

More Definitions of Concurrent Users

Concurrent Users has the meaning as set out in section 3.7.
Concurrent Users for any point in time means the total number of YY users that are simultaneously logged onto YY Client at such point in time;
Concurrent Users means the maximum number of people able to access the Product at any one time, and is limited to the number of Licences purchased.
