Concurrent User means a person that has accessed the Software at any given point in time, either directly or through an application.

Concurrent User means an end user authorized by You to access and use the Server Software or a non-human operated Device configured by or for You to access and use the Server Software.

Concurrent User licenses means that access to the Software at any given moment will be limited to the maximum number of concurrent Authorized Users for whom licenses have been validly acquired under this Agreement.

Under the terms of a Concurrent User License, the Software may only be used to serve an aggregate specified maximum number of individual end users of your Customer Applications at any one time.
