Concurrent User definition
Concurrent User means a person that has accessed the Software at any given point in time, either directly or through an application.
Concurrent User means an end user authorized by You to access and use the Server Software or a non-human operated Device configured by or for You to access and use the Server Software.
Concurrent User or CCU means:
(i) a User that can utilize the Software from any computer meeting the minimum specifications, and
(ii) has the client application of the Software loaded on said computer; and
(iii) is located at the designated site

Regardless of whether the person is simultaneously accessing the Cloud Service multiple times, the person counts only as a single Concurrent User.
