MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE. A maximum of 80 people are allowed in the Clubhouse at any given time. This is stated on the Occupancy Permit for the Clubhouse.

If, in the reasonable opinion of the charter company, the RENTER disregards the requirement of compliance with the maximum number of people on board, then this agreement may be terminated. Rates are based on two chargeable guests per bedroom. What's Provided Our home features a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, house wares, dishwasher, stovetop burners and oven. Bed linens, blankets, bath towels, dishtowels, soap and toilet paper are available. .
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE. The Rental Property has a maximum occupancy limit of four persons. An additional person may be permitted only if expressly authorized in writing by Owner. Any further occupants will be considered as over occupancy. Over occupancy is considered a serious violation of this Agreement and may cause Owner to cancel this Agreement effective immediately.
