Conditional Lien Waiver definition

Conditional Lien Waiver means a lien waiver from the applicable party, originally signed by that party, in a form that has been approved by L3Harris which waives all rights of the signatory to any claim for any mechanics, materialmen or other lien, or any other title retention claim for that party, or for any party who may claim any such right as a result of any contractual or other agreement pertaining to the Work or the Project, conditioned only upon receipt of payment of the specified amount due to that party.
Conditional Lien Waiver means a Lien Waiver conforming to the Conditional Waiver of Lien to Date as attached to the Design Build Agreement.
