Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions or “CCRs” shall mean any Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions adopted by the Tribe or the Coquille Indian Housing Authority to govern the development, construction, maintenance, modification, and/or occupancy of lands and/or dwelling units on the Reservation, or any portion of the Reservation.
