Conditions of Recognition definition

Conditions of Recognition means any or all, as the context may require, of the following: Ofqual General Conditions of Recognition, CCEA General Conditions of Recognition and Qualifications Wales Standard Conditions of Recognition, published by the Regulators from time to time.
Conditions of Recognition means the conditions attached to CILEx’s recognition as an Awarding Organisation by each of Ofqual, Qualifications Wales and CCEA respectively, comprising the Ofqual and CCEA General Conditions of Recognition and the Qualifications Wales Standard Conditions of Recognition and any individual or otherwise bespoke conditions imposed on CILEx’s recognition, as updated and amended from time to time. The conditions are available on the Regulators’ websites.

Conditions of Recognition means the conditions that a member must satisfy on an ongoing basis when the Institute has recognised the member for the purposes of the Financial Reporting Act 2013.

For the PJM Region, the Minimum Extended Summer Resource Requirement shall be equal to the RTO Reliability Requirement minus [the Limited Demand Resource Reliability Target for the PJM Region in Unforced Capacity]. For an LDA, the Minimum Extended Summer Resource Requirement shall be equal to the LDA Reliability Requirement minus [the LDA CETL] minus [the Limited Demand Resource Reliability Target for such LDA in Unforced Capacity]. The LDA CETL may be adjusted pro rata for the amount of load served under the FRR Alternative.

  • Conditions means these terms and conditions;
