Condominium Regime definition

Condominium Regime the condominium regime created by the Amended and Restated Declaration dated as of July 17, 1996 for Rockefeller Center Tower Condominium recorded in the Office of the New York City Register in Reel 2348 at page 0853.
Condominium Regime means the Baltimore County, Maryland condominium known as “Xxxxxxx Forge Condominiums.”
Condominium Regime whether superior or subordinate to this Mortgage and Mortgagor shall not permit any part of the Property to be converted to, or operated as, a “cooperative apartment house” whereby the tenants or occupants participate in the ownership, management or control of any part of the Property.
