Condominium subdivision plan or "Plan" means the Plan attached to this Master Deed as Exhibit B. The Plan assigns a number to each Condominium Unit and includes a description of the nature, location and approximate size of certain Common Elements.
Condominium subdivision plan means the site, survey and utility plans; floor plans; floodplain plans; and sections, as appropriate, showing the existing and proposed structures and improvements including the location thereof on the land.
