Conference Venue definition

Conference Venue means the Jumeirah Carlton Tower, On Cadogan Place, London;
Conference Venue means the Montcalm London Marble Arch;
Conference Venue means the venue where the Conference will take place, i.e. RAI Amsterdam, Xxxxxxxxxxx 00, 0000 XX Xxxxxxxxx, P.O. Xxx 00000, 0000 XX Xxxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxxxxxx. Any reference to the Conference Venue shall include the management and administration of the Conference Venue.

Examples of Conference Venue in a sentence

  • The rejection of a booth construction plan by FTTH, FTTH agent or by the Conference Venue does not constitute a ground for termination of this Agreement, as stipulated in Clause 15.

  • FTTH shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, costs or expenses incurred (i) in case the Conference is cancelled or postponed due, directly or indirectly, a Force Majeure Event or (ii) in case of any events which are not attributable to the wrongful intent or gross negligence of FTTH, including but not limited to (temporary or extended) non-availability of (parts of), interruptions or malfunctions of utilities of the Conference Venue.

  • Sponsor Code of Conduct Sponsor shall adhere to all rules, regulations and guidelines issued by FTTH or the Conference Venue, including but not limited to this Agreement, the Application Form, the Sponsor Booth Specifications, the Conference Venue’s safety and security guidelines and regulations, the Conference Venue’s construction guidelines and the Exhibitor Manual.

  • Sponsor shall at all times respect the safety and security guidelines and regulations, as well as the construction guidelines issued by the Conference Venue, which will be provided to the Sponsor in due time before the Conference.

  • Any costs that are charged by the Conference Venue for approval of the booth construction shall be paid by the Sponsor.

  • Sponsor shall not host or organise any event within close proximity to the Conference Venue that conflicts with or overlaps with the official opening hours of the Conference that is liable to cause any potential disruptions or conflicts with the Conference schedule and attendees.

  • Sponsor guarantees that its Personnel (i) shall adhere to the provision of this Agreement, the Conference Venue’s safety regulations, and any other rules, regulations or guidelines issued by FTTH or the Conference Venue, which will be provided in due time to the Sponsor before the Conference; and (ii) that they are equipped with the necessary personal protection equipment for any situation of risk that requires such equipment.

  • Sponsor guarantees that the equipment, tools or any other devices, and, where applicable, software licences and any other intangible assets used by Sponsor (the “Equipment”) complies with all applicable standard safety requirements and in particular those applicable in the jurisdiction of the Conference Venue, including but not limited to fire safety standards, and that all such Equipment, where applicable, is duly certified.

  • Sponsor shall take good care of materials, objects, or any other item or document including data provided by FTTH and/or the Conference Venue for the duration of this Agreement.

Related to Conference Venue

  • Exhibition Venue means the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre situated at 1 Expo Drive, Wan Chai, Hong Kong or such other venue designated by the Organiser and notified to the Exhibitor in writing prior to the commencement of the Exhibition.

  • Execution Venue means the entity with which client orders, assets or securities are placed and/or to which the Company transmits Client’s orders for execution.

  • Conference means all activities associated with any functions, room rentals, and/or meals on the dates indicated, that are the subject of this Agreement, as described on the Standard Agreement Coversheet form.

  • sitting means, in relation to a House, a period during which that House is sitting continuously without adjournment, and includes any period during which the House is in committee;
