Confidential Info definition

Confidential Info means the confidential information made available in connection with the Contract relating to the business of a party or any person with whom a party has dealings.
Confidential Info rmation : means, in relation to either party, information which is disclosed to that party by the other party pursuant to or in connection with the agreement (whether orally or in writing or any other medium, and whether or not the information is expressly stated to be confidential or marked as such); Controller, Processor, Data Subject, Personal Data, Personal Data Breach, processing and appropriate technical and organisational measures : havethe same meanings as given to them in the Data Protection Legisla tion . Customer : means the party procuring the Available Services from the Service Provider who shall be identified in this agreement.
Confidential Info means any information: (a) relating to the business and affairs of Council; (b) relating to the residents, employees, sub-contractors or other persons doing business with Council; (c) which is by its nature confidential; (d) which is designated as confidential by Council; or (e) which the Supplier knows or ought to know, is confidential, and includes all knowhow, financial information and other commercially valuable information of Council. Contract means this contract comprising the documents referred to in clause 2.1 together with any other documents which are incorporated by reference. Date for Delivery means the date for delivery or period of time for delivery set out in Schedule 1, as adjusted by any EOT. Defect or Defective means any part or aspect of the Goods or Services that do not strictly comply with the requirements of this Contract.

  • Confidential and Proprietary Information means any information that is classified as confidential in the Firm’s Global Policy on Confidential Information or that may have intrinsic value to the Firm, the Firm’s clients or other parties with which the Firm has a relationship, or that may provide the Firm with a competitive advantage, including, without limitation, any trade secrets; inventions (whether or not patentable); formulas; flow charts; computer programs; access codes or other systems information; algorithms; technology and business processes; business, product or marketing plans; sales and other forecasts; financial information; client lists or other intellectual property; information relating to compensation and benefits; and public information that becomes proprietary as a result of the Firm’s compilation of that information for use in its business, provided that such Confidential and Proprietary Information does not include any information which is available for use by the general public or is generally available for use within the relevant business or industry other than as a result of your action.   • Confidential Material means all information, in any form or medium, known or used by City or an Affiliate of the City which is not known to the general public, including, but not limited to, the know-how, trade secrets, strategic plans, technical information, product information, supplier information, customer information, financial information, marketing information and information as to business opportunities, methods and strategies and research and development of the City and its Affiliates. If and to the extent any Confidential Material is included in any report, assessment, diagram, memorandum or other document or copied or reproduced in any other form or medium, such report, assessment, diagram, memorandum, document or Confidential Material in such other form or medium will be deemed to be Confidential Material.

  • Confidential Materials means all tangible materials containing Confidential Information, including without limitation written or printed documents and computer disks or tapes, whether machine or user readable.

  • Confidential means confidential financial information concerning offeror’s organization and data that qualifies as a trade secret in accordance with the Uniform Trade Secrets Act NMSA 1978 57-3-A-1 to 57-3A-7.   • Confidential Business Information means any internal, non-public information (other than Trade Secrets already addressed above) concerning the Employer’s financial position and results of operations (including revenues, assets, net income, etc.); annual and long-range business plans; product or service plans; marketing plans and methods; training, educational and administrative manuals; customer and supplier information and purchase histories; and employee lists.
