Confidential insurance information definition

Confidential insurance information means all data, other than classified information, in the possession of the Insurer and the insurance intermediaries that pertain to the personal circumstances, financial situations and business affairs of their customers or their contracts concluded with the Insurer. Personal data provided by the Insured in any form, including personal data related to health condition, shall be processed by the Insurer, the insurance intermediary and the reinsurer as confidential insurance information. Such data qualify as confidential insurance information for both existing and already terminated insurance policies.
