Examples of Confirmation of Coverage in a sentence

  • The entire contract consists of this policy; any endorsements or riders attached to it; and the Confirmation of Coverage.

  • Where the term of the contract extends beyond the expiry date of the Contractor's current insurance coverage, the Contractor will provide the District with a new Certificate of Insurance and Confirmation of Coverage for the subsequent period within seven (7) days of that expiry date.

  • At the time the required premium is paid your coverage will be validated when the company or the designated representative provides you with a completed, dated and numbered Confirmation of Coverage.
