Conflict Matter definition

Conflict Matter has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.01(d);
Conflict Matter has the meaning set forth in Section 5.17(a).
Conflict Matter shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 5.8. ”Companies Act” shall mean the Swedish Companies Act (Sw. Aktiebolagslagen (2005:551)), in force from time to time.

  • Except as otherwise specifically provided in the Plan, each of the Debtors, including, in the case of any Conflict Matter between any Debtors, each Debtor acting at the direction of its respective Disinterested Director or Manager and without the consent of any other Debtor, reserves the right to modify the Plan, whether such modification is material or immaterial, and to seek Confirmation consistent with the Bankruptcy Code.
