Conflicted Shareholder definition

Conflicted Shareholder means the Shareholder which, or the Affiliate of which, is party to the relevant transaction, agreement or arrangement with the Company that has given rise to a Conflict Matter.
Conflicted Shareholder has the meaning ascribed to this term in clause 11.2 (Exit process).
Conflicted Shareholder has the meaning given to it in Clause 3.9. "Confidential Information" has the meaning given to it in Clause 12.1.
