Connecting Infrastructure definition

Connecting Infrastructure has the meaning given in the Access Undertaking.
Connecting Infrastructure means the rail transport infrastructure (including, without limitation, track, signalling and overhead traction electricity (if applicable)) that is either:
Connecting Infrastructure means the infrastructure including, but not limited to, the track, signalling and electrical overhead traction system (if applicable), which connects the Rail Infrastructure to Private Infrastructure, including those elements of the Private Infrastructure that impact upon QR Network’s management of the Rail Infrastructure and any part of the Rail Infrastructure that is varied or created to facilitate the creation of the Private Infrastructure;

  • Nothing in clause 11.7 will be interpreted to require Aurizon Network to take or refrain from taking any action which would cause or be likely to cause any delay in restoring the Network to normal operation or which would or would be likely to hinder Aurizon Network in restoring the Network to normal operation as soon as possible, notwithstanding that such action may result in a delay in restoration of the Private Infrastructure or Connecting Infrastructure.

  • Where necessary, a Party will permit the other (or the Rail Infrastructure Manager for the Private Infrastructure) to enter and remain upon the Connecting Infrastructure, the Network or the Private Infrastructure (subject to compliance with clause 26.4) with such workmen and machinery as may be necessary, to enable prompt recommencement of Train movements.

  • The Parties acknowledge that the construction and commissioning of modifications or upgrades to, or replacement of, the Network or Connecting Infrastructure, and the maintenance or repair of the Network or Connecting Infrastructure, may cause disruption to Train Services which cannot reasonably be avoided.

  • Any such submission must be accompanied by details of the Train Services the Private Infrastructure Owner anticipates entering and/or exiting the Network via the Connecting Infrastructure.

  • If the Connecting Infrastructure has already been constructed by the Owner at the time of this Agreement all of clauses 6.1-6.4 should be deleted.

  • Sunken oil can take many forms and may be mistaken for other material so such observation requires experienced personnel.

Connecting Infrastructure means infrastructure (including, without limitation, track, signalling and overhead traction electricity (if applicable)) managed, controlled or owned by QR Network, which connects the Network to the Private Infrastructure as shown on the Plan detailed in Schedule 12, and as modified or upgraded from time to time.

  • Infrastructure means infrastructure serving the County and improved or unimproved real estate and personal property, including machinery and equipment, used in the operation of the Project, within the meaning of Section 4-29-68 of the Code.

  • IT Infrastructure means software and all computers and related equipment, including, as applicable, central processing units and other processors, controllers, modems, servers, communications and telecommunications equipment and other hardware and peripherals.

  • Interconnection is as defined in the Act.

  • Beam monitoring system means a system designed and installed in the radiation head to detect and measure the radiation present in the useful beam.

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.
