Connection Right definition

Connection Right means the right to connect to AT&T’s wireless network through PRIVATE MOBILE CONNECTION – AT&T VPN Access.

  • If AT&T determines that use of a Host Application is or may be detrimental to the AT&T wireless network or may have a detrimental effect upon service levels experienced by other users of the AT&T wireless network, Customer will modify the same as required by AT&T at Customer’s expense and AT&T has the right, but not the obligation, to suspend the applicable Connection Right granted herein, until such time as the modifications requested by AT&T have been accepted by AT&T and implemented by the Customer.

  • In the event Customer modifies a Host Application without AT&T’s prior written approval, or adds additional Host Applications or features to existing Host Applications without an AT&T approved customer order form for such modifications or additions, AT&T may immediately suspend or terminate the Connection Right.

  • Subject to the limitations set forth in § 3.2, AT&T hereby grants Customer a Connection Right for use with one or more Host Applications.

  • If Host Applications do not comply with the PRIVATE MOBILE CONNECTION Reference Guide, or in the case of SMS push via SMPP protocol, the PRIVATE MOBILE CONNECTION SMS Push ESME Guide, both of which are incorporated herein by reference, then AT&T may terminate the applicable Connection Right and/or terminate Service to any End Users.

  • If Host Applications do not comply with the Private Mobile Connection Connectivity Guide, or in the case of SMS push via SMPP protocol, the Private Mobile Connection SMS Push ESME Guide, both of which are incorporated herein by reference, then AT&T may terminate the applicable Connection Right and/or terminate Service to any End Users.

  • Subject to the limitations set forth in §3.2, AT&T hereby grants Customer a Connection Right for use with one or more Host Applications.

Related to Connection Right

  • Capacity Interconnection Rights means the rights to input generation as a Generation Capacity Resource into the Transmission System at the Point of Interconnection where the generating facilities connect to the Transmission System.

  • Option Right means the right to purchase Common Shares upon exercise of an option granted pursuant to Section 4 of this Plan.

Merchant Transmission Facilities that connects the Transmission System to another control area. Deliveries scheduled using Capacity Transmission Injection Rights have rights similar to those under Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service or, if coupled with a generating unit external to the PJM Region that satisfies all applicable criteria specified in the PJM Manuals, similar to Capacity Interconnection Rights.

  • Financial Transmission Right Option means a right to receive Transmission Congestion Credits as specified in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 5.2.2(c), and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 5.2.2(c).

  • Access Tandem Switch is a Switch used to connect End Office Switches to interexchange Carrier Switches. Qwest's Access Tandem Switches are also used to connect and switch traffic between and among Central Office Switches within the same LATA and may be used for the exchange of local traffic.

  • Service Connection means all cables and equipment required to connect the supply mains to the electrical installation of the consumer at the point of supply;

  • Energy Transmission Injection Rights means the rights to schedule energy deliveries at a specified point on the Transmission System. Energy Transmission Injection Rights may be awarded only to a Merchant D.C. Transmission Facility that connects the Transmission System to another control area. Deliveries scheduled using Energy Transmission Injection Rights have rights similar to those under Non-Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service.

  • Transmission Injection Rights means Capacity Transmission Injection Rights and Energy Transmission Injection Rights. Transmission Interconnection Customer:

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.

  • Connection Contract means a contract under which Distributed Generation is connected to the Network entered into by the Distributor and a Distributed Generator in accordance with Part 6 of the Code, and, for the purposes of this Agreement, the Distributor and a Distributed Generator are deemed to have entered into a Connection Contract if the regulated terms in Part 6 of the Code apply;

  • Financial Transmission Right or “FTR” shall mean a right to receive Transmission Congestion Credits as specified in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 5.2.2 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 5.2.2.

  • car-share parking space means a parking space that is reserved and actively used for car-sharing;

  • Connection Agreement means an agreement entered into between a distributor and a person connected to its distribution system that delineates the conditions of the connection and delivery of electricity to or from that connection;

  • Connection Point means an exit point or an entry point or a bidirectional point identified or to be identified as such in an access contract.

  • Local Tandem Switch is a CenturyLink switch used to connect and switch trunk circuits between End Office Switches for traffic within an EAS/Local calling area.

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility. Interconnection Customer:

  • connecting sewer means a pipe owned by the municipality and installed by it for the purpose of conveying sewage from a drainage installation on a premises to a sewer beyond the boundary of those premises or within a servitude area or within an area covered by a way-leave or by agreement;

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Water Service Connection (lateral) shall mean the pipes and fixtures used for the purpose of supplying any premises in the Municipality with water from the Corporation’s water distribution system that is located between the Corporation’s water main in the street and the street property line abutting the premises so supplied.

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • Tandem Appreciation Right means an Appreciation Right granted pursuant to Section 5 of this Plan that is granted in tandem with an Option Right.

  • System with a single service connection means a system which supplies drinking water to consumers via a single service line.

  • Acceleration Right means the Participant’s right, in certain circumstances, to exercise its outstanding Option as to all or any of the Common Shares in respect of which such Option has not previously been exercised and which the Participant is entitled to exercise, including in respect of Common Shares not otherwise vested at such time;

  • Generation Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect a new generation facility or to increase the capacity of an existing generation facility interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region. Generation Interconnection Request:
