Frame Relay means Telstra's frame-switched data carriage network connecting intelligent end-points within Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Interface means the digital transmission point at the Network Boundary at either the A-End or B-End which is dedicated to an individual Customer's ATM Service.
