ConocoPhillips Group means ConocoPhillips, each Subsidiary of ConocoPhillips immediately after the Distribution Date and each Affiliate of ConocoPhillips immediately after the Distribution Date (in each case other than any member of the Xxxxxxxx 66 Group).

  • For the purpose of clarification, ConocoPhillips reserves all rights, and no license is granted herein to Xxxxxxxx 66 Company under Existing ConocoPhillips Group Patents to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell and import any and all products and services other than in the conduct of the Xxxxxxxx 66 Business as of the Internal Contribution Date.

  • Brookfield Group means Brookfield and any Affiliates of Brookfield, other than any member of the BREP Group;

  • RemainCo shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • ITC (this Section2 of the RFP) means the Instructions to Consultants that provides the Consultants with all information needed to prepare their Proposals.

  • OPC has the meaning specified in the recital of parties to this Agreement.

  • MLP has the meaning given such term in the introduction to this Agreement.

  • SpinCo Separate Return means any Tax Return of or including any member of the Spinco Group (including any consolidated, combined, or unitary return) that does not include any member of the Remainco Group.
