Consenting Creditor Approval Rights means any and all consultation, information, notice, approval and consent rights of the Consenting Creditors, the Commitment Parties and/or the DIP Lenders set forth in the Restructuring Support Agreement, the Backstop Commitment Agreement, the DIP Facility Documents or any other Definitive Document with respect to the form and substance of this Plan, all exhibits to the Plan, and the Plan Supplement, and all other Definitive Documents, including any amendments, restatements, supplements, or other modifications to such agreements and documents.

  • Subject to Consenting Creditor Approval Rights, the Debtors reserve the right to modify the Plan prior to Confirmation and seek Confirmation consistent with the Bankruptcy Code and, as appropriate, not resolicit votes on such modified Plan.

  • Company Shareholder Approval has the meaning set forth in Section 4.03(d).
