Consideration Date definition

Consideration Date means, in relation to any Offer (or compulsory acquisition) or Scheme of Arrangement, the date upon which the Consideration is made available to the holders of the relevant Equity Shares;
Consideration Date means the day by which the employer or its insurer must begin paying temporary total disability benefits, or file with the Commission any issue to contest the claim in accordance with Labor and Employment Article, §9-713, Annotated Code of Maryland.

More Definitions of Consideration Date

Consideration Date has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.2. “*** Party” or “*** Parties” means *** and/or any *** Affiliate that prior to the Closing (i) entered into license agreements for the Company Products, (ii) were evaluating the Company Products, or (iii) were engaged in substantial discussions with the Company’s sales representatives with respect to the licensed use of Company Products, all as are identified in Schedule 3.2.2. “*** Transaction” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.2.2.

Related to Consideration Date

  • Initial Valuation Date means the Issue Date, provided that if such day is not an Exchange Business Day for a Reference Asset then the Initial Valuation Date for that Reference Asset will be the first succeeding day that is an Exchange Business Day, subject to the occurrence of a Market Disruption Event. See “DESCRIPTION OF THE NOTES – Market Disruption Event” below for further detail.

  • Transition Date means the date on which this contract comes into effect for all purposes.

  • MFP Valuation Date means the MFP Settlement Valuation Date;
