Sales Representatives definition

Sales Representatives means those independent sales representatives who had a Sales Representative Agreement with the Debtors prior to the Effective Date.

Sales Representatives means sales representatives employed by Santarus or Depomed, or a Third Party engaged by Santarus or Depomed, to Detail the Products, who have been trained and equipped to Detail the Products in accordance with this Agreement.

More Definitions of Sales Representatives

Sales Representatives means sales representatives employed by a Party, or employed or contracted by a Third Party that is contracted by a Party to provide sales representatives, to detail and promote the Product in the Territory.

Sales Representatives means pharmaceutical sales representatives employed or contracted for by a Party or its Affiliates to conduct Detailing and other marketing efforts with respect to the Licensed Products in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Sales Representatives means sales representatives employed by Astellas or Zogenix, or employed or contracted by a Third Party contracted by Astellas or Zogenix to provide sales representatives, to Detail the Product, who have been trained and equipped to Detail the Product in accordance with this Agreement.

Sales Representatives means sales employees of Misonix and professional persons or companies that regularly act as sales representatives on behalf of third party companies in the medical device and surgical industry, whether acting in an independent or direct capacity, and shall not include any person or company that derives more than 50% of its annual revenues from selling products of its own manufacture.

Sales Representatives has the meaning set forth in Exhibit C.

Sales Representatives means sales representatives employed by King or Depomed, or a Third Party engaged by King or Depomed, to Promote the Product, who have been trained and equipped to Promote the Product in accordance with this Agreement. In the case of King, Third Parties may only be engaged as Sales Representatives if they are full-time contractors of King, exclusive to King, and carry King’s business card.
