Examples of Consideration Election Notice in a sentence

  • If Jackalope delivers a Change of Control Redemption Notice (as defined in the Niobrara LLC Agreement) to Crestwood Midstream in accordance with the Niobrara LLC Agreement, Crestwood Midstream shall, within five (5) business days following receipt of such Change of Control Redemption Notice, deliver a Consideration Election Notice (as defined in the Niobrara LLC Agreement) to Jackalope electing to redeem the then-outstanding Series A Preferred Units for cash.

  • If Pacific Drilling elects Stock Consideration, the Consideration Election Notice shall also specify whether Pacific Drilling elects to receive the Gross Stock Consideration or the Net Stock Consideration.
