Considered Earnings. As currently defined in the Company’s Success Sharing Plan (i.e., base pay, overtime, holiday pay, longevity pay, sick pay, vacation pay, shift differential, premiums, pre- tax contributions to a 401(k) plan, pre-tax medical plan contributions, and flexible spending account contributions but not expense reimbursement, incentive or profit sharing payments, imputed income or other similar awards or allowances) for that portion of the calendar year for which the employee was eligible to participate. Payment Date: By no later than April 30th of the following year. Distribution: In cash.
Considered Earnings. Considered Earnings" shall be the same as under the Company's Profit Sharing Plan.

Examples of Considered Earnings in a sentence

  • The Bonus Pool amount allocated to an employee class for each fiscal year will be allocated to eligible employees within the class on a pro rata basis based on the ratio of the employee’s Considered Earnings for the year to the aggregate amount of Considered Earnings for all eligible employees in such class for that year.

  • Excess Earnings means, with respect to Mortgage Loans held in any subaccount of the Acquisition Account or the Loan Recycling Account established in connection with a Series of Tax- exempt Bonds, the "excess earnings," as defined in Treasury Regulations § 1.148-10T, with respect thereto.

Beginning in 2009 and thereafter, such term also includes any “differential pay” that may be received from the Employer while performing qualified military service under section 414(u) of the Code. The amount of Includible Compensation is determined without regard to any community property laws.

  • Performance Year means the calendar year prior to the year in which an Annual Award is made by the Committee.
