  • The Supplier shall deliver the Goods in accordance with any delivery timescales, delivery dates and delivery instructions (to include, without limitation, as to delivery location and delivery times) set out in the Specification and Tender Response Document, a Consignment Request, or a Purchase Order or as otherwise agreed with the Authority in writing.

  • The issuance of a confirmation by HSBC shall be deemed to be an acceptance by HSBC of the Consignment Request and the Fixed Consignment Rate and other information set forth in the same which shall be binding on the parties.

Related to Consignment Request

  • Consignment Price is $100,000 and consignor retains 0%, Consignor will receive $100,000. “Consignment Price” is $100,000 and consignor retains 40%, Consignor will receive $60,000 in cash and 40% in equity in the Series LLC.

  • Incremental Auction Revenue Rights means the additional Auction Revenue Rights, not previously feasible, created by the addition of Incremental Rights-Eligible Required Transmission Enhancements, Merchant Transmission Facilities, or of one or more Customer- Funded Upgrades.

  • Valid Invoice means an invoice containing the detailed information set out in clause C2 (Payment and VAT).
