Consolidated Action definition

Consolidated Action means class arbitrations, class actions, or other action brought between multiple parties based on the same or similar legal claims, or the same or similar facts.
Consolidated Action means the actions consolidated under the caption IN RE IAC/INTERACTIVECORP., C.A. No. 3468-VCL, in the Court of Chancery, New Castle County, State of Delaware.
