Consolidated Cash Flow Ratio definition

Consolidated Cash Flow Ratio means, at any date, the ratio of (i) the aggregate amount of Debt of the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis as of the end of the immediately preceding four fiscal quarters for which internal financial statements of the Company are available (the "Reference Period") to (ii) the aggregate amount of Consolidated Cash Flow for such Reference Period.

"Consolidated Income Tax Expense" of any Person means for any period the consolidated provision for income taxes of such Person for such period calculated on a consolidated basis in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
