Consolidated Estate definition

Consolidated Estate means the single bankruptcy estate resulting from the substantive consolidation of the Estates of the Consolidating Debtors.
Consolidated Estate means the collective Estates following the substantive consolidation effectuated by this Plan.

  • For voting purposes, each NWI Claim shall be placed into a subclass of the Class into which the Claim would have been placed had it been asserted as a Claim against the Consolidated Estate.

More Definitions of Consolidated Estate

Consolidated Estate means the single substantively consolidated estate resulting from the substantive consolidation of the Estates and of the Debtors as provided for in this Plan.
Consolidated Estate means the consolidated estate of all of the Debtors created in the Bankruptcy Case pursuant to Section 541 of the Bankruptcy Code on the Randall Petition Date and on the Corporate Debtors Petition Date, including but not limited to: (i) as created as a result of the Consolidation Order; and (ii) the property that is retained by the Trustee under the Plan as of, and after the Effective Date.
Consolidated Estate means the estates of Conian, La Voda I, and La Voda II, as substantively consolidated pursuant to the Order of this Court granted on the same date as the within Order;
Consolidated Estate means the estates of the Debtors as substantively consolidated for voting and distribution purposes pursuant to this Plan.
Consolidated Estate means the single bankruptcy estate of Fruit of the Loom resulting from the substantive consolidation of the Estates of each member of Fruit of the Loom (with the exception of NWI Land Mgmt.) pursuant to Section 8.1.
