Consolidation Loan Program definition

Consolidation Loan Program means the procedures and policies for implementing and maintaining each Consolidation Loan guaranteed under the provisions of the Act, applicable law and regulations, the Policies, and as otherwise agreed to by and between the Lender and USA Funds in accordance with this Agreement.
Consolidation Loan Program means the student loan program authorized by section 428C of Title IV-B of the Act.
