Constitutional taking means a governmental action that results in a taking of
the Tribunal means the Upper Tribunal (Tax and Chancery Chamber).
Appeal Tribunal means the all-citizen Tribunal duly appointed by Council to conduct hearings under this By-law; (200-08)
Tribunal means any state, commonwealth, federal, foreign, territorial, or other court or government body, subdivision agency, department, commission, board, bureau or instrumentality of a governmental body.
Arbitral Tribunal means a sole arbitrator or a panel of arbitrators;
Body means any organisation or entity, whether a juristic person or not, and includes a community association;
Municipal Planning Tribunal means the Municipal Planning Tribunal for the municipal area established in terms of section 33, the joint Municipal Planning Tribunal established in terms of section 45 or the District Municipal Planning Tribunal established in terms of section 49;
Issuing tribunal means the tribunal of a state or foreign country that issues a support order or a judgment determining parentage of a child.
Foreign tribunal means a court, administrative agency, or quasi-judicial entity of a foreign country which is authorized to establish, enforce, or modify support orders or to determine parentage of a child. The term includes a competent authority under the Convention.
Arbitration Tribunal means an organ composed of an odd number of persons known as arbitrators, who decide on the solution of a conflict in which the parties have expressly waived recourse to the ordinary civil courts
Institutional Review Board or “IRB” means, in accordance with 45 C.F.R. Part 46, 21 C.F.R. part 56, and other applicable regulations, an independent body comprising medical, scientific, and nonscientific members, whose responsibility is to ensure the protection of the rights, safety, and well-being of the Human Subjects involved in a study.
Constitutional Documents means, with respect to a particular legal entity, the articles of incorporation, certificate of incorporation, formation or registration (including, if applicable, certificates of change of name), memorandum of association, articles of association, bylaws, articles of organization, limited liability company agreement, trust deed, trust instrument, operating agreement, joint venture agreement, business license, or similar or other constitutive, governing, or charter documents, or equivalent documents, of such entity.
Institutional control means the continued surveillance, monitoring, and care of the disposal site after site closure and stabilization to insure the protection of the public health, safety, and welfare, and the
Initiating tribunal means the tribunal of a state or foreign country from which a petition or comparable pleading is forwarded or in which a petition or comparable pleading is filed for forwarding to another state or foreign country.
Tribal organization means the elected governing body of any Indian tribe or any legally established organization of Indians that is controlled by one or more such bodies or by a board of directors elected or selected by one or more such bodies (or elected by the Indian population to be served by such organization) and that includes the maximum participation of Indians in all phases of its activities; and
Tribal or “Tribe” shall mean the Oneida Tribe of Indians of Wisconsin.
Review Board has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(f)(i) of this Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement.
Appeals Tribunal or “AT” means the Body responsible for hearing and determining appeals set out in section 9;
Responding tribunal means the authorized tribunal in a responding state or foreign country.
Institutional Client means a major commercial bank, corporation, insurance company, or substantially similar institution, which, as a substantial part of its business operations, purchases or sells securities and makes use of custodial services.
Arbitrator means the authority nominated by Chief General Manager (CGM) for arbitration.
Quasi-Sovereign means any entity fully guaranteed by a Sovereign or more than 50% directly or indirectly owned by a Sovereign. *
Registering tribunal means a tribunal in which a support order or judgment determining parentage of a child is registered.
Tribal government means an Indian tribal government as defined in Section 3(32) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), as amended, or an agency or instrumentality of the trib- al government, that has government offices principally located in this state.
Legislature means the Legislature of the County of Suffolk.
Appellate Tribunal means the Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal referred to in section 109;
