Construction Advances means advances collected by Seller for the future performance of non-regulated construction in the Purchased Exchanges.

Construction Advances has the meaning indicated in the Construction Agreement.

Construction Advances means (1) actual advances of funds made by or on behalf of BNPLC to or on behalf of NAI pursuant to Paragraph 2 of the Construction Management Agreement, and (2) amounts considered as Construction Advances pursuant to subparagraph 6.(e) of the Improvements Lease.

Examples of Construction Advances in a sentence

The Construction Agent will act as a construction agent on behalf of the Lessor respecting the Work regarding the Equipment, the construction of such Improvements and the expenditures of the Construction Advances related to the foregoing.
Construction Advances will be made with respect to particular Improvements to be constructed and with respect to ongoing Work regarding the Equipment and construction of particular Improvements, in each case, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Agency Agreement.

Construction Advances means (1) actual advances of funds made by or on behalf of BNPPLC to or on behalf of NAI as provided in Paragraph 4, which sets forth NAI’s rights to receive advances for Reimbursable Construction Period Costs, and (2) other amounts paid or incurred by BNPPLC that subparagraph 8(A) or other provisions of this Agreement allow BNPPLC to characterize as Construction Advances. The term “Construction Advances” will not, however, include advances of insurance proceeds, condemnation proceeds or other Escrowed Proceeds to pay or reimburse costs of repairs or restoration.

Construction Advances means the advances of funds to the Borrower by the Lender pursuant to this Agreement on a non-revolving basis for construction of the Improvements up to a maximum amount of One Million Four Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($1,465,900), but not to exceed the sum of the Direct Costs and the Indirect Costs less the amount of Borrower’s Equity.
