Construction Direct Agreement definition

Construction Direct Agreement means the Direct Agreement, dated as of [•], 2017, by and among the Construction Contractor, the Borrower and the Collateral Agent, and any replacement contract entered into in accordance with the terms of the Financing Documents.

Related to Construction Direct Agreement
