Consultancy Fee shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 7.1.

More Definitions of Consultancy Fee

Consultancy Fee means the aggregate fee payable to the Consultant as a consideration for the services rendered towards the Assignment, and as more particularly detailed under clause 3 hereto.
