Consultation Summary definition

Consultation Summary has the meaning given to that expression in Section D6.14 (Working Group Consultation). Consumer Data has the meaning given to that expression in Section M5.6 (Consumer Data).
Consultation Summary means a summary of all relevant information upon which a DDM will rely, including First Nations‟ interests identified during consultation and any potential mitigation or accommodation measures discussed, but excluding any legal analysis;
Consultation Summary has the meaning given to that expression in Section D6.14 (Working Group Consultation).

  • Consultation means the good faith attempt by the Depositary to discuss, if practicable, the relevant issue in a timely manner with a person employed by the Company reasonably believed by the Depositary to be empowered by the Company to engage in such discussion on behalf of the Company.
