Consumer Pool definition

Consumer Pool means 24.7% of the Net Settlement Fund. Only Eligible 15 Consumer Claimants (defined below) shall be eligible to receive payments from 16 the Consumer Pool. TPPs (defined below) are not eligible to receive payments 17 from the Consumer Pool, except as provided in paragraph 22 below.
Consumer Pool means twenty percent (20%) of the Net Settlement Fund, which shall be distributed to Class Members who are individual consumers.
Consumer Pool means, 30.03% of the Net Settlement Fund as defined in the Lupin Settlement Agreement dated May 2, 2019. In calculating the Net Settlement Fund, the Claims Administrator made a good faith estimate that the cost of administration for only the Consumer Pool will be approximately $100,000. That amount will be added to the total costs of the out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Class Counsel through May 2, 2019, and 30.03% of the costs will be charged to the Consumer Pool.
