Consumer Pool definition

Consumer Pool means 24.7% of the Net Settlement Fund. Only Eligible 15 Consumer Claimants (defined below) shall be eligible to receive payments from 16 the Consumer Pool. TPPs (defined below) are not eligible to receive payments 17 from the Consumer Pool, except as provided in paragraph 22 below.
Consumer Pool means, 30.03% of the Net Settlement Fund as defined in the Lupin Settlement Agreement dated May 2, 2019.
