Consumption Allowance definition

Consumption Allowance means the maximum quantity of PGP or other block unit that You can process within certain Software such as PIX4Dcloud, PIX4Dengine or PIX4Dinspect. Content as per Section 13.5.

Consumption Allowance is, as measured separately for each Enrollment, equal to fifty percent of the Allocated Annual Commitment. For example, for an Enrollment with an Allocated Annual Commitment of $100,000, the Consumption Allowance for that year would be $50,000. “Consumption Rates” means, as established separately for each Enrollment, the prices for Microsoft Azure Government Services or, for certain Microsoft Azure Government Service Plans, any usage in excess of a specified quantity. Consumption Rates may also be referred to as “Overage Rates” or “Overage” in other Microsoft or Microsoft Azure documents.

Examples of Consumption Allowance in a sentence

  • During the Subscription Term, You shall fully consume Your Consumption Allowance.

  • The State may utilize its annual Consumption Allowance for each Enrollment by the last day of the month preceding the anniversary each year, after which any unused portion of that Enrollment’s Consumption Allowance will be forfeited.

  • If You have used Your Consumption Allowance in full before the end of the Subscription Term (or the Extended Subscription Term, as defined in Section 4.2 below) or if You simply wish to increase the size of Your Consumption Allowance, You may, at any time during the Subscription Term, purchase additional PGP Blocks.

  • Monthly Base Rent The monthly rent specified in Section 1.01(8).

  • Training Costs means reasonable costs incurred to upgrade the technological skills of Full-Time Employees in Illinois and includes: curriculum development; training materials (including scrap product cost); trainee domestic travel expenses; instructor costs (including wages, fringe benefits, tuition and domestic travel expenses); rent, purchase or lease of training equipment; and other usual and customary training cots. “Training costs” do not include, except where the Company receives prior written approval of the Department, costs associated with travel outside the United States, wages and fringe benefits of employees during periods of training, administrative costs related to Full-Time Employees of the Taxpayer, or amounts paid to an affiliate of the Company.

  • Retirement allowance means the retirement payments to which a member is entitled.

  • Water Year means the period commencing with October 1 of 1 year 20 and extending through September 30 of the next; and

  • Operating Cost means the costs associated with operating a multifamily development once the project is placed in service.

  • Preferred Allowance means the amount a Preferred Provider will accept as payment in full for Covered Medical Expenses.

  • Transportation Costs means a component of the Charges, comprising those charges payable to the TNO and/or DNO for the use of their networks as applicable from time to time under the Industry Agreements including those charges more specifically referred to as “DUoS” and “TNUoS” and specified as “Included in the Unit Rate”, “Fixed” or “Pass-Through” in the Quotation Document or as otherwise notified to you as payable during the Supply Contract from time to time;

  • Basic living expenses means the cost of basic food, shelter, and any other expenses of a Domestic Partner which are paid at least in part by a program or benefit for which the partner qualified because of the Domestic Partnership. The individuals need not contribute equally or jointly to the cost of these expenses as long as they agree that both are responsible for the cost.

  • Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including for office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance, advertising expenses, travel and supervision, salaries of contractual and temporary staff, but excluding salaries, fees, honoraria, and bonuses of members of the Recipient’s civil service.

  • Basic Costs means all direct and indirect costs and expenses incurred in connection with the Building as more fully defined in Exhibit C attached hereto.

  • Electricity Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of electricity.

  • Operating Expenses is defined to include all expenses necessary or appropriate for the operation of the Fund (or Class, as applicable), including the Advisor’s investment advisory or management fee detailed in the Investment Advisory Agreement and any Rule 12b-1 fees and other expenses described in the Investment Advisory Agreement, but does not include taxes, leverage interest, brokerage commissions, dividend and interest expenses on short sales, acquired fund fees and expenses (as determined in accordance with SEC Form N-1A), expenses incurred in connection with any merger or reorganization, or extraordinary expenses such as litigation expenses.

  • Fixed Rent shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1 hereof.

  • Life-cycle cost means the expected total cost of ownership during the life of a product, including disposal costs.
